Writing Prompt: The Mystery Jet

Every once in awhile, we see a US Air Force 757 jet fly into the local Air Force Reserve Base here in a Atlanta.  It's optimized for flying government executives and officials around the country and internationally.

We always wonder who is on it?  Where are they going?  What kind of business are they conducting?  Is there a crisis?  Why is there business so urgent? Is there something going on that we should know about?

For today's writing prompt, write a short story that answers some of these questions and features the mystery jet and it's passengers.
